Tree work in the Top End means remote and rural blocks as often as suburban ones, on country that was being managed a long time before any of us turned up on it. All Season Group is a proudly female Indigenous owned company working across Darwin and the surrounding areas, out through Humpty Doo and into the remote communities, and we bring traditional knowledge and modern practice to the same job. The mission goes past the invoice: local employment, training, and holding on to cultural heritage while the work gets done.

Daniel is a certified arborist, second generation, at home with tree health, climbing, crane work and high risk removals. Brock is a licensed builder and carpenter, fourth generation, with more than ten years of custom homes, renovations and commercial projects. Between the two of them, the tree that has to come down and the structure that goes up afterwards are handled by the one company.

Our arborists are set up for the removals other people would rather leave alone: height access, tight spaces, power line areas, under houses and hard beside a road. Tree removal and tree felling are carried out to the Australian standards, and where a tree stands near power lines or a lagoon, hazardous tree removal is done with modern machinery so nothing comes down through a roof. With tree pruning and trimming we keep the healthy specimens healthy and take the dangerous limbs out of them, then stump grinding and removal clears the trip hazard and stops the regrowth.

Our emergency tree removal runs 24 hours a day, and after a blow the storm clean up gets a property back to the state it was in, not just made passable. Behind that sits the plant: an 18 metre spider lift, a 28 horsepower stump grinder, two Vermeer 1800XL chippers, 12 tonne and 10 tonne tip trucks, a 5.5 tonne excavator, a 3 tonne loader, a battery scissor lift to 8 metres, a 4x4 tractor with a slasher, and a remote area transportable camp for the jobs a long way from anywhere. It is what lets us mobilise to site immediately and run more than one project at a time.

Construction sits alongside the tree work: site preparation and earthworks, foundations, framing, concreting, roofing and carpentry, plus renovations, landscaping and ongoing property maintenance, on residential, commercial and infrastructure jobs.
