Garden maintenance and full tree removals sit on the same job list at Arborcare Tree Contractors. We are a small, family owned tree company working the southern suburbs of Adelaide, fully insured, and equipped for anything from a light prune through to taking a large tree out completely.

Plenty of it starts with one branch. Something has grown out over the roof or the driveway, or it has cracked and is sitting there waiting on the next bit of wind. Tree pruning sorts most of that out, and done properly it keeps the tree in good shape for years instead of leaving it to be hacked back every season. Where a tree is too far gone, too close to the house or simply in the wrong place, we handle the tree removal from start to finish, safely and with the site left clean.

Palms are a job of their own and we do both palm tree pruning and palm tree removal, fronds, seed pods and all. Once a tree is down, stump grinding takes the stump out of the ground so you can put lawn, paving or a new plant over the top. Everything that comes off the job can go with us as green waste removal, and if you want it back the other way we also do garden mulch supply, delivered and laid, which is worth doing before summer if you want the soil to hold any moisture at all.

The garden side runs alongside all of that. Hedging and shaping, lawn mowing and edging, weeding through the beds, and gutter cleaning while we are on site with the ladders out anyway. If a garden has got away from you and you want it looking new again, that is one booking, one crew and one clean-up, not three different trades turning up on three different days. Gutters full of leaves off your own trees are the obvious example: there is not much point clearing them if the branch feeding them is still there.
