About This Business
Arboreal Tree Care is Wayne Goring's business, run from Lake Clifton, and it is built on a simple idea: a tree is part of a living system that other creatures depend on. Before we so much as start a saw, we inspect the tree and the shrubs around it for fauna, because a single hollow can be home to a bat, a possum or a Carnaby's cockatoo, and getting a tree down safely has to mean getting it down without turning something threatened out of its home. It is the thinking behind our motto, "not just backyard loppers".
Wayne is a certified arborist, trained in risk assessment, and keeps current through the ISA, QTRA, the Tree Guild and Arboriculture Australia. On site we work to written job safety analyses and run daily pre-start checks on every machine before the day's work begins. Where a tree can be saved, that is the first thing we look at, and Wayne's wider aim is to see native bushland preserved and better managed, with new plantings encouraged and felled trees recycled for better use. When wildlife is displaced we install nesting boxes and are experienced in rescuing and relocating native animals, from possums to red-tailed cockatoos.
The work itself spans the full range. We take on tree pruning and hedging to keep things in shape, tree removal and palm removal when something has to come out, and stump grinding to clear up behind it. On larger and rural blocks we handle block clearing, fire breaks and mulching, with firewood available if you want it. We also build nature play equipment and take on specialised arborist services and fauna management for anyone looking after habitat as well as trees.
We are based at Lake Clifton and work through the Peel region and down into the south west, taking in Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, the Shire of Murray, Waroona, Harvey and Bunbury. We are set up for both suburban backyards and larger rural blocks, so it does not much matter how big the job is, and if you are anywhere along that stretch we can get to you.
Give Wayne a call on 0402 274 259 for a look at your trees and a free quote. If there is a way to keep the tree standing, we will tell you, and if it genuinely has to go, we will take it down properly, look after whatever lives in it, and clean up before we leave.
