Generosity is one of the three things this business runs on, alongside integrity and doing the job properly. In practice that means keeping our rates affordable for elderly clients and giving our mulch away free to anyone who wants it. Aus Arbor Tree Services was established in 2007 and is a family owned Australian business, working out of Hornsby and across Sydney, with more than 15 years behind us.

Bass founded the business and is our principal arborist. Rubina runs operations and does the estimating, Mark leads a crew and runs the chipper, Kahou is on the stump grinder, Fisher and Amos are arborists, and Michael and Allan work the ground with the chainsaws. It is a settled crew, and we put our money into training, good equipment and thorough safety measures.

Our arborists are fully accredited, we carry $20 million in insurance, and we hold strictly to WH&S regulations on every site we work. Quotes are upfront and honest with no hidden costs in them, so there is no guesswork about what a job will end up costing you.

We take on tree removal and tree pruning right across Sydney, along with palm cleaning for palms that have got shaggy and started dropping fronds. Stump grinding clears the ground once the tree is gone, and our turfing means we can put lawn back over the space so you are not left staring at bare dirt. A palm that has not been cleaned in years drops fronds and seed heads with real weight behind them, and it is a job worth booking before it turns into a problem.

We recycle 100% of our green waste. Some of it becomes the mulch we hand out for free, which is good for soil health, some gets cut and sold as firewood, and the better logs are set aside as reclaimed timber instead of going through the chipper with everything else. Nothing useful gets thrown away if we can help it.
