Luke Taylor is a Certified Climbing Arborist and Advanced Rigger, and Aussie Tree Care has been his business since 2015. We run it out of Ormeau Hills, locally owned and operated, with Kylie on the phones and Shane, George and Bec on the crew. Every arborist here is trade qualified to a minimum of AQF Level 3, we carry comprehensive insurance, and we work to the Australian Standards and to what your local council asks for. We see ourselves as more than tree loppers, and a job with us starts with what the tree needs.

Our tree removal and tree lopping work runs from large complex trees needing multiple rope systems right through to the common lilly pilly, and there is no size we will not quote on. Where a tree is staying put, tree pruning takes in safety and corrective work along with view restoration, privacy screening and simply getting the shape right. After a storm we take emergency tree service calls, and we deal with insurance companies often enough to know what they will want documented.

Around that sits the tidying up. We run stump grinding to take a stump out below ground level, palm cleaning and hedge trimming to keep a garden in order, and wood chipping and mulching on site so the material off your tree can go straight back onto your beds. On bigger blocks and development sites we take on land clearing. As qualified arborists we also carry out tree health assessments, diagnose disease and infestation, write arborist tree reports for planning, insurance and compliance, and handle tree replanting and treescape rejuvenation where a landscape needs building back up.

We work for households, schools, businesses, body corporates, real estate agents and councils. We are registered suppliers to the Department of Housing and Public Works, OneSchool and Brisbane Catholic Education, and to agencies including LJ Hooker, Ray White and Raine and Horne, which is the kind of vetting that takes paperwork and a record rather than a slogan. Respect, integrity and customer service are the words we put on how we deal with all of them, and they apply to a single lilly pilly as much as to a schedule of trees on a school ground.
