Pruning is a specialist task and we treat it as one. All of it is carried out in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Amenity Tree Industry, Australian Standard AS4373:2007 and your local council's Tree Preservation Order, whether the job is clearing powerlines, getting branches back off a building, taking out deadwood, dropping a dangerous or diseased limb, or remedial work after a storm has been through.

Removals cover the dead, the dying, the diseased and the dangerous, including the awkward ones in confined spaces where there is nowhere obvious to put the timber. Stump grinding follows on from that, and we can reach the stumps tucked into the corners of a yard, whether it is one we have just taken out or something that has been sitting there annoying you for years.

Our emergency tree care line is answered 24 hours a day. After a storm brings a limb or a whole tree down, we will assess the damage, make the site safe and tell you honestly whether there is more trouble to come. If you have a development application through council, our block clearing is a single job: we take the trees out of the building envelope, excavate the stumps and cart the timber waste away for recycling.

A structurally damaged tree does not always have to be felled. Cabling and bracing using the non invasive Cobra system holds it together without girdling the branch at the point of attachment, and with annual inspections we have had 100% success securing trees for the long term. On the advisory side we handle health and safety assessments, building site tree management, development impact assessments and written reporting for corporate and council purposes, while plant health care picks up the problems an untrained eye walks straight past.

We plant trees with properly selected stock, we supply and spread mulch to bring a tired garden back to life, and we sell split, seasoned firewood sourced sustainably and graded to the standards set by the Firewood Association of Australia.
