The business has been family owned and operated since 1979 and is run today by Joshua and James Parry, both partners and both consulting arborists, each with a diploma in arboriculture, TRAQ and QTRA certification and more than 35 years in the industry, having come up through the business their father David ran before them. Working rural and remote is normal for us, not the exception.

The work runs from tree surgery and pruning through to tree and stump removal where something has turned dangerous or diseased. Crown reduction, weight reduction, dead wood removal and shaping are all part of how we prune, and we are set up as a large tree specialist with the gear to match, so size on its own is rarely the problem. Stump grinding tidies up afterwards, and the grindings are usually left where the stump was or spread through the garden beds, whichever suits you. Ask when we quote and we will leave the logs for firewood too. The mulch we produce is presold to Patience Sandland at Meru, so that is who to ring if it is a load of mulch you are chasing.

Roadside clearing and power line clearance are steady work for us with government and commercial clients alongside the domestic jobs. Both partners are consulting arborists, so arboricultural risk assessments and consultancy are available where a tree needs assessing and reporting on rather than cutting.

Our integrated management systems are certified by SAI Global to AS/NZS ISO 9001 for quality management, AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016 for environmental management and AS/NZS 45001:2018 for work health and safety. We carry full unrestricted insurance across public liability, workers compensation and vehicle, plant and equipment, we are a member of the Arboricultural Association of Western Australia, and our plant complies with Australian Standards. Staff training is done both in house and externally.

Quoting is free and without obligation in Geraldton and the surrounding Midwest and Gascoyne, and the price holds for three months. You do not have to be home on the day, so long as we have sorted out pets, gate access and where the cars are going beforehand.
