Every tree we take down leaves our yard twice. Once as firewood, dry aged Australian hardwood for pickup or delivery, and once as forest mulch, a water-wise mulch that comes straight off our own chipping operation and goes out fresh to gardens around Brisbane. That loop is what Aussie Tree Solutions means by being more than trees, and it has been running from Arana Hills since we were established on Brisbane's north in 1979.

Forty years of that has taught us that the pressure a customer feels is usually the problem, not the tree. So we never go door to door and we never push anyone into a decision. A qualified arborist attends every quote and every job, we keep consulting arborists on staff, and our climbing arborists and ground crew are trained to Australian standards. Equal Assurance audits and certifies three of our management systems, covering how the work itself is done, work health and safety, and our environmental responsibilities, and we carry twenty million dollars of public liability cover along with WorkCover, indemnity, cyber and vehicle insurance.

Ongoing tree maintenance begins with assessing each tree individually, because a poinciana, a fig and a bottlebrush do not want the same treatment. From there our tree pruning takes out damaged limbs, opens airflow through a canopy and encourages balanced growth, and canopy management keeps a tree structurally sound as it matures rather than letting it become a problem that only a removal can solve.

When a tree genuinely cannot stay, tree removal handles the hazardous, damaged and unwanted ones, including trees crowding a house or a powerline, leaning trunks, unstable limbs and trees with root problems, using controlled techniques and a thorough clean-up afterwards. Palms are their own risk in a storm, so palm tree cleaning takes off the dead fronds, seed pods and old growth that get heavy and let go in wind, with palm removal available when a palm has become unstable or is simply wrong for where it is.

Our stump grinding takes tree and palm stumps below ground level to stop regrowth, clear a trip hazard and get the ground ready for turf, landscaping or replanting, even in tight spots beside a structure or a pool. When severe weather hits, storm damage cleanup and emergency tree work run twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for fallen trees and branches that have become dangerous.
