Halving the height of a pair of eight metre olive trees and leaving them still looking like olive trees is the job that best explains what we do. Not every tree is worth saving, and the honest answer sometimes is that it has to come out. When disease, storm damage or sheer size has taken a tree past the point of keeping it, hazardous tree removal is what we are there for, and where that tree stands over a house, a shed or a fence we climb it and lower it in sections so nothing underneath wears the consequences. Where a canopy is carrying dead and dying limbs but the tree itself is sound, deadwood removal clears them out on a working day of our choosing. Once the trunk is gone, stump grinding takes the remains down below ground so the lawn, garden bed or paving can go straight over the top.

A smooth collar fitted around a trunk stops possums getting up into a canopy they have been treating as a bedroom, and possum guarding is work we take on across the leafier parts of Geelong and the Bellarine.
