A gum in a back courtyard with a metre of side passage to get it out through is the sort of job we are called for. Tight access work is a specialty of ours, and it is where 20 years of tree maintenance shows: nowhere to drop anything, so the tree comes out piece by piece, roped down past the fences and the gutters and carried through. Dan and Shannon Webb run Bill's Tree Services as a family owned and operated business out of Caboolture, and every arborist on the team is certified.

We cover all aspects of tree work: full tree removal when a tree is dead, unsafe or standing in the wrong place, tree pruning when it can stay and just needs weight and deadwood taken out, wood chipping so the green waste goes through the chipper on site, and stump grinding to clear the ground once the tree is gone. Removal is not always the answer, though. We see the beauty in keeping trees alive wherever possible, and we will say so when a tree can be saved.

We are also a member of the Queensland Arboricultural Association, which means every job is carried out to the highest Australian standards. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance, so you are covered and so are we, whatever the job turns into once the climbing starts. The team is fully equipped and takes on any size job, from one overgrown tree in a suburban yard to a stand of them on an acreage block. We work by appointment through the week, and our emergency service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week on top of that. If a tree has come down across the driveway at midnight, or a limb has split and is hanging above the roof waiting for the next gust, that is what the mobile is for. We will get out, make the situation safe and clear what has to be cleared.
