The business began in 1999 as a small, family-owned enterprise looking after the Port Stephens region and has grown over more than 25 years into a professional crew with modern equipment and specialist expertise. Branch Management covers the full range of tree work for local homeowners. Tree removal, large tree removals and dead tree removals take down difficult and dangerous trees safely, while tree pruning, tree lopping, tree cutting and hedge trimming keep gardens neat, healthy and well shaped. Stump grinding and stump removal clears what is left behind, and chipping turns green waste into mulch on site.

For bigger projects, the team takes on block clearing and land clearing to prepare and reclaim overgrown blocks of any size. Branch Management also works across residential, strata and real estate, civil and infrastructure, and commercial sectors, handling insurance work and school work as well as council tree removal applications across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Port Stephens and the Central Coast councils.

Qualified arborists provide tree reports and assessments and aerial inspections to diagnose issues such as fungus, borers, bark splitting and deadwood, and to support council and insurance requirements. The crew holds AQF5 and AQF3 Arboriculture qualifications along with WHS, First Aid, aerial rescue, chainsaw, working at heights and EWP certificates, and the business carries $20M public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation insurance. When storms hit, Branch Management provides 24-hour emergency tree work and storm damage response for urgent, dangerous situations.
