We're Brisbane Tree Experts, a second-generation family business that has been looking after Brisbane's trees for more than 40 years. Glenn Walton took the business over as owner and director in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of on-site and management experience in arbor care with him. He holds a Diploma in Horticulture (Arboriculture) and served as president of the Queensland Arboricultural Association from 2012 to 2014, and the crew he runs are qualified QAA members. We work out of the Brisbane city centre and keep a claim-free insurance record behind everything we do.

We're known around Brisbane as the difficult access specialists, the crew you call when the tree is over the pool, wedged in behind the house or somewhere a truck will never reach. For those jobs we run a Leguan 190 spider lift that walks into backyards a bucket truck cannot, back it up with an 18 inch Vermeer chipper, a Vermeer SC60TX stump grinder and an 8 tonne tipper, and for the really big removals we can bring in cranes, travel towers and even helicopters on request. Every job finishes with a full clean up, so you're not the one left with the mess.

The everyday work runs the full range: tree removal, pruning and trimming, tree lopping and deadwooding to take limbs out before they fall, stump grinding, and palm tree maintenance. We also handle the paperwork side, tree assessments and arborist reports, and we'll liaise with your local council over Vegetation Protection Orders on your behalf so a protected tree is dealt with the right way. Alongside the residential work we look after commercial properties and schools.

We cover Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs, with jobs behind us everywhere from Forest Lake and Graceville in the west across to Norman Park and Morningside, and south through Rochedale, Mount Gravatt and Eight Mile Plains.
