Female owned and family operated, Budget Tree Service has worked the Fraser Coast since 2008. Nearly two decades on we run a crew of experienced arborists and climbers, a dedicated office team on the phone, and a workplace health and safety officer on staff who holds a Diploma in Work Health and Safety. We prune to Australian Standard AS 4373-2007, we carry public liability cover up to $20 million, our people are covered by WorkCover Queensland, and every vehicle and machine we bring onto your place is insured as well.

Each job gets assessed on its own terms, whether that is a suburban backyard, a coastal block or a larger site with room to move. We take trees out at any size, protect what is standing around them and clean the whole site up before we go. Where a tree is staying, we prune for structure, health and appearance so the risk to your roof comes down with the deadwood. Crown lifting gets the lower canopy up clear of paths, driveways and gutters, and our dead wooding takes the dead and dying limbs out to buy the tree more years.

Palms come with the territory on this coast. We clean the fronds and seed pods off them and take whole palms out when they have had their day, banana clumps included. After a removal we grind the stump out below ground level so the yard is clear and you can use the space again. The chip does not go to waste either, because we run fresh chipped mulch straight out of our own operation and it is there for your garden beds and landscaping.

The bigger work sits comfortably with us too. Our vegetation management covers large-scale clearing and ongoing control for residential, commercial and council sites, and our qualified arborists write up arborist reports for councils, insurers, developers and property owners when an assessment has to be on paper. We handle storm and damage related insurance work and we know the documentation an insurer will ask you to produce. When a tree lets go outside normal hours, our emergency call-outs get a crew to you quickly.

We are based at Beelbi Creek and our crews are out across the region every day, covering Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Urangan, Scarness, Pialba, Wondunna, Dundowran, Craignish, Toogoom, Burrum Heads, Howard, River Heads and the places in between.
