Campos Tree Services

Free mulch goes to anyone in our local area from Narrabeen to Palm Beach, and we will drop it out to Mosman or St Ives as well when we happen to be working nearby. Campos Tree Services is run by Paulo Campos Gama, an AQF Level 3 arborist working out of Avalon Beach, and the mulch is the small end of a bigger idea: what comes off your tree is worth something to a garden, and we would rather it went into one than onto a tip.

Paulo came to this work with a love for the environment we have here on the northern beaches, and it shows in how the jobs get approached. Our crew is a mix of employees and contractors, all of them trained and experienced in garden and tree work, so the person on your property knows what a tree needs as well as how to cut it.

On the tools we handle tree removal and tree pruning, along with the deadwood pruning that clears the dry limbs out of a canopy before they come down on their own, and hedge pruning along the boundaries. Palms are their own kind of job on this coast, so palms clean up runs as a service in its own right. Where you would rather stay ahead of it all, scheduled tree maintenance puts us back on the property on a regular cycle, so the trees get looked at while everything is still sound.

We carry a range of stump grinders sized for anything from a small stump to a large one, along with the tree cutting that goes with them, so you are not left with something to mow around for the next five years. Our pricing on that work is competitive and we will tell you what it costs before we start.

When a tree turns into an urgent hazard, we take emergency work calls and get the property safe again. We are qualified and fully insured, and we are happy to send you copies of our insurances before any work starts. If a job calls for something outside what we do, we will point you to another specialist arborist who handles it.
