A tree protection zone is worth measuring, not estimating, and our root mapping and site analysis works out where the roots actually run before anybody puts a footing near them. Elite Arbor Care is an AQF Level 5 consulting arboricultural practice on the Central Coast, fully qualified and insured, working for property owners, builders, councils, insurers and solicitors.

The reports are the product here. We produce Level 5 arborist reports, arboricultural impact assessments and development application reports that are council ready, so the consent authority gets the documentation it asks for the first time and your project is not sitting in a queue waiting on a resubmission. Where a build is going ahead near trees that are being retained, we write tree protection plans to AS4970.

Tree risk assessments and tree health assessments answer the two questions people usually arrive with: is this tree dangerous, and is it dying. If a storm has left one looking suspect and the decision cannot wait for a normal booking cycle, we offer emergency tree risk assessments to deal with the immediate concern.

We also handle insurance and storm damage assessments, and we act as an expert witness where a tree has ended up in front of a court or a tribunal. Arboricultural consulting covers the rest of it, from a neighbour dispute to advice after a council refusal, and the findings are set out plainly so they hold up when somebody goes looking for holes in them.

We work right across the Central Coast at Gosford, East Gosford, Terrigal, Wamberal, Avoca, Erina, Kincumber, Springfield, Wyong, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Long Jetty, Woy Woy, Umina, Ettalong, Toukley, Gorokan and Lake Haven. We travel into Sydney for the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, South Sydney, St George, the Hills District and Parramatta, and we cover Newcastle and the Hunter Valley as well.
