Every stump we take out at Elite Tree Company is ground to at least six inches below the surface, and the cavity gets backfilled with soil or mulch so the lawn closes over it as though the stump was never there. When a tree has to come out altogether, our climbers dismantle it in sections whatever its size, shape or position on the block, which matters on the tight suburban lots and the steep hinterland ground we work on. The bigger jobs come under civil and land clearing, residential and commercial alike: the removal of trees and stumps, ground levelling and site preparation, and block clearing on anything from a single private allotment through to a full construction site. Our tractor gear does the heavy lifting on that work.
