Allan is the owner and director of Great Alpine Tree Services and a Qualified Climbing Arborist, and his background is in health, safety and risk assessment, which is why the first thing that happens on any job here is the site being made safe for everyone on it and around it. He also prepares comprehensive tree reports for owners who need the position on a tree set down properly.

Kamil runs the chipper and works the ground, handling the rigging from below and making sure a backyard is left clean and tidy once a tree is down or a canopy has been reduced. He is close to finishing his own climbing arborist qualifications. That makes for a small crew, and the practical upshot is that the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it.
