Seven in the morning through to six at night, Monday to Saturday, is when Harvey Tree Care is out working, and Sunday is by appointment. Tree removal takes in the dead and dangerous ones along with the overgrown and the simply unwanted. Every tree gets assessed before anything is cut: how healthy it is, what is standing near it and where the roots run, and then it comes down in an order that has been worked out beforehand. That holds whether it is one tree in a back garden or a large scale job on a commercial site, and the work is done to meet the council regulations that apply to it.

There is a real difference between tree lopping and tree pruning, and we do both. Lopping is the harder cutback, for branches that have got overgrown or hazardous. Pruning is the finer work: damaged and crowded limbs come out, the structure of the tree is improved and it is encouraged to put its growth where you want it. Keep on top of the pruning and you avoid the expensive problems later on. We take on palm tree removal and pruning as well.

Stump grinding is done with high powered grinders that take a stump out right down to the roots, so nothing regrows and the ground is ready to replant or build over. The mulching service can come as part of the same job or on its own: mulch holds moisture in the soil, keeps the weeds down and gets a garden growing better, and there is usually plenty of material coming off a tree job to make it worthwhile. Either way the site is left clean and tidy when we pack up, whatever the size of the job was.

The run covers Harvey, Yarloop, Benger, Brunswick Junction, Burekup and Waroona, and out to Australind, Eaton, Bunbury, Capel, Donnybrook and Collie. Our loppers and arborists are trained and fully insured to Australian safety standards, with public liability cover on every job.
