Federal and local government grounds, office parks, body corporate blocks and rural properties all sit on the books at Infinity Tree Services, alongside ordinary suburban backyards. Adam Gowen, a qualified arborist, founded the business in 2015 to do tree work in Canberra and Queanbeyan properly, and our arborists know tree growth and care, replanting, and the regeneration or removal of dangerous and unwanted trees. Your trees are in our hands, and we would rather you asked us before the tree becomes a problem.

We are Evoenergy accredited, which authorises us to work on trees close to powerlines, and that is a line most crews cannot cross. We also carry every insurance and certification the work requires, and we will send you a copy of any of it before we start: certificate of currency, public liability insurance, workers compensation, our Evoenergy certification, and our arborist and horticulture qualifications.

The work itself runs from the saw end to the science end. We do tree felling and removal, dead wooding, pruning and shaping, cable and bracing for trees that need holding together, stump grinding and wood chipping. On the health side we handle disease prevention and insect treatment, and if you are planting we will consult with you on what will actually thrive in the spot before it goes in the ground.

Written work is part of it too. We produce arborist qualified reports for owners and agencies who need a documented assessment, and for government clients we take on consultations, audits, maintenance programs and regeneration across whole sites. Ring us for emergency tree work when a tree will not keep until the morning, and every removal we do is licensed.

Before you take out an established tree, or ask us to do anything that might damage one, you may need approval from your council, and we will point you at the right door. In the ACT, Access Canberra will tell you whether your tree is registered or regulated, and if it is you will need to lodge a form with Transport Canberra and City Services first. In NSW, including Jerrabomberra and Queanbeyan, that is a matter for Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council, either through their website or on 1300 735 025.
