Jordan Lewis has spent more than ten years in the trees as a certified climbing arborist, and JCL Tree Services is the business built around that. He holds a Certificate III in Arboriculture, our crew is accredited with Arboriculture Australia and fully insured, and the people who turn up at your place are qualified arborists rather than whoever happens to own a chainsaw. Safety, value and looking after the customer are the standards the business was set up on, and they are what we would rather be judged on.

Climbing is what we are set up for, and on the tight blocks around Logan and south Brisbane it is often what makes a job possible at all, where a tree stands between a house and a fence with nowhere to drop and every piece has to be roped and lowered. Where climbing is not the right call, our EWP puts a climber safely at height instead. Tree removal is done whole or in sections depending on what the site allows, and tree lopping along with tree trimming and pruning keeps the trees you are keeping in shape and under control.

Before any cutting starts, our arborist reports and tree inspections put a written assessment in your hands, which is what a council application, a neighbour dispute or an insurance claim usually turns on. Our 24/7 emergency callout covers accidents, storms and fallen trees at any hour of the day or night. On the bigger jobs, land clearing opens up blocks for roads, developments and fire breaks. Once a tree is on the ground, stump grinding takes out what is left below it, and palm tree maintenance handles dead frond removal and keeps palms safe and tidy over the wet season. Material that comes off a job goes through the chipper and comes back as wood chip mulch, which we can leave with you for the garden beds instead of carting it away.
