A tree through the fence at two in the morning is the reason we run a 24/7 emergency service. It clears fallen branches and debris, safely dismantles trees that are partly down or leaning, and reopens the driveways, roads and access ways a storm has blocked. If the damage is going on a claim, the order of things matters. Contact your insurer first and file it; once the claim is filed and approved they'll assess the situation and work out the coverage and limits under your policy. They may hand you a list of preferred arborists, though you're under no obligation to choose from it, and what you want is someone licensed, insured and holding an Australian arboricultural certification. Before anything comes off the roof we assess the site and put a plan of action together, and we'll work in with your insurance adjuster so the removal stays inside what the policy requires. Take photographs of the damage early, because that evidence is what supports the claim.

Tree removal gets planned around whatever is sitting underneath it, a shed, a pool, a fence line, the neighbour's carport. Where there's room to drop the tree whole, we drop it whole. Where there isn't, it comes down in sections. Afterwards the stump grinders take the remainder out below ground level, the large ones included, so the ground is usable again.

For the trees you're keeping, tree lopping and tree pruning take the weight off heavy limbs, lift canopies clear of roofs and gutters, and get the dead wood out before it comes down by itself. Hedge trimming holds a boundary in shape. Green waste goes through the chipper on site, and between our mulching services and sales it can go straight back onto your garden beds or leave with us.

There's land and block clearing for sites that have to be opened up before a build can start, and we take on garden maintenance and tree health care too. Our arborists are qualified and trained in all aspects of the trade, we work under strict safety policies, and we carry $20 million in public liability cover.
