There is one promise we make on every job and it is a plain one: hard work, turning up when we say we will, and a tidy result. LiRo Tree Services is a young company working across Canberra and Queanbeyan, we are fully insured, and we run our own chippers, loaders and truck utes so a job gets finished in the time we quoted for it.

Trees that are dead, damaged or simply causing a problem are what we get called out to remove, and size is not the limiting factor. Where the drop zone is too tight or the tree is too big to section down safely, we bring in a crane and lift it out over the roof. At the other end of the scale we take out smaller shrubs and hedges on the same visit, so you are not left with half a job and a second contractor to book.

Where a tree can stay, we prune and trim it to keep it healthy and to keep it safe. Crown thinning takes some of the density out of a heavy canopy so wind moves through it instead of pushing against it, and canopy lifting raises the lower limbs to give you clearance over a path, a driveway or a roofline. The point is a tree that is well shaped and stable, not one that has been cut back to a stump with branches.

Once a tree is down, our stump removal and grinding takes the stump out completely, which stops it regrowing, keeps pests from moving into the rot and leaves the ground safe for whatever landscaping you have planned next. Land clearing is on our list too, for the blocks where the job is not one tree but the whole site.
