Tree removal here is done in sections, never dropped in one piece, and the branches either go through the chipper into mulch or get loaded out. Tell us before we start if you want the timber and we will cut it into pieces you can actually shift. The mulch is yours as well if you have garden beds to fill. Stump grinding is its own job and comes two ways: the usual finish trims the stump back to a small footprint, and if you want it properly gone the machine digs about 30cm down and the mulch it makes fills the gap it leaves. We grind the roots out too so nothing reshoots, and every chip and bit of debris is cleared before we go.

Most trees do well on a three to five year cycle for tree pruning and trimming, though it varies with the species and the condition it is in, and the same visit takes out the dead and overgrown growth. Before anything comes off, our certified arborists carry out hazard and safety assessments, the step that decides whether a tree is far enough gone to justify removing it at all. After severe weather we clear fallen trunks and scattered debris and go over the property for hanging limbs and weakened trees under storm damage cleanup. We also do gutter cleaning, and firewood and mulch delivery, with seasoned firewood sold out of Dandenong.
