Stump grinding follows the removal, which leaves nothing to trip over, mow around or shoot new growth, and a yard and garden cleanup can tidy up the rest of the block while the crew and the truck are already on site. Green waste, prunings and whatever has piled up along the back fence all go out in the one load.

Cut timber does not go to waste either. We have been supplying firewood for over ten years and we are a member of the Firewood Association of Australia, so the timber is sourced responsibly and seasoned properly, which means it burns with far less smoke than green wood. There is hardwood and softwood to pick from depending on the burn time and heat output you are after, and it suits open fireplaces, wood-fired cookers and pizza ovens.

Trees are one part of what this business does. Metro Underground is a full service home improvement and property maintenance company, so the one call can also cover scaffolding, fencing, roofing, carpentry, painting, plastering and tiling, welding, kitchen and bathroom renovations and general property maintenance. We also do labour hire if what you need is people on a site rather than a finished job, and the office handles the hiring, training and site safety side of that.

The yard is in Boulder, and we work across Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the wider Goldfields region. Normal hours run from 7am to 5pm, with a 24/7 emergency callout for anything that will not keep until morning.
