Michael's Tree Services

Nic attends every site inspection himself. He is our operations manager, he is Michael's son, he has worked alongside his father since he was a boy and brings more than eight years of his own experience to a quote, and he will walk you through the proposal in front of the actual tree rather than emailing you a number. Michael's Tree Services is family owned and operated out of Brisbane's northern suburbs, and Michael himself is a certified arborist with more than thirty years in the industry who started as a tree climber and feller and is still on the tools today.

Our staff are all trained and qualified, the business is fully insured, we hold Blue Card and WorkCover coverage, and we are a Queensland Arboricultural Association member and approved contractor. Safety comes first for the property, for Michael and for the crew, and every job is tailored to the individual site and the trees on it rather than run off a template.

Our tree removal covers everything from small specimens to the large and dangerous ones, including trees grown up through power lines, and once a trunk is out, stump grinding clears what is left behind while land clearing handles whole blocks and larger sites. Tree trimming and tree pruning keep a tree healthy and in shape, and palm tree trimming deals with the palms that need cleaning up or taking out.

Where a tree needs reshaping rather than reducing, canopy shaping, canopy raising and clearing, crown lifting and crown reduction bring it back into proportion with the building beside it. Long-term health is looked after through dead and diseased branch pruning, deadwood removal, fruit tree pruning and preventative maintenance that keeps trees safe and looking right through the year. When the weather turns, our emergency tree service is there for storm damage.

For diagnosis and advice, our onsite consultation and reports assess the condition and safety of a tree before any work starts, and tree disease control treats the problems that are shortening a tree's life. Every job finishes with the property completely clean, and you choose whether the mulch stays on your garden beds or leaves with us.
