Nineteen eighty six was our first year in business, and it still makes North East Tree Care the most established tree cutting and tree removal team in the Albury Wodonga area. More than 35 years is a lot of trees trimmed and removed, and a lot of repeat business clients, and the philosophy that got us here has not shifted: we survive by understanding and meeting the needs of our customers. On the commercial side, the audit is the part that matters. We have engaged with Local Government Councils, State Government contracts, powerline vegetation control and large maintenance contractors, so we know the Workplace Health and Safety protocols and operational procedures a large organisation runs on. Our large scale tree trimming and tree clearing service is fully insured and audited, which is the paperwork a contract manager wants sighted before anybody gets through the gate.

On a house block it is a simpler conversation. A total tree extraction, or a selected trim to improve a tree's health and how it looks, an arborist opinion and a tree assessment when you are not certain whether a tree is sound, and stump grinding once the tree is down so the ground can be used again. Debris removal is part of the service rather than an extra line on the invoice, so the branches leave with us.
