Northside Tree and Garden

Trees and gardens are two different trades, and Northside Tree and Garden has been doing both out of Roseville on Sydney's North Shore for more than twenty five years. Our owner is a certified arborist and still leads the crew, so the person quoting your job is the person who has spent those years climbing and cutting. We are fully insured, we run modern equipment, and we work to industry approved methods on every site, from one leaning gum over a roofline to a strata block where the trees and the beds both need looking after.

On the tree side we handle tree removal and tree pruning, hedge trimming, and stump grinding and removal that leaves the ground level and ready to turf or plant. Where a job needs paperwork as well as a chainsaw, we prepare arborist reports and tree risk assessments for council and development purposes. Because the same certified arborist writes the report and runs the crew, what gets recommended on paper is what actually happens on the day.

Gardens are the other half of the business, and we treat them as work in their own right. We take on garden makeovers and restorations, turfing and lawn installation, ongoing gardening maintenance and broader landscaping. For strata committees and building managers we run strata garden services and commercial property maintenance, which means one crew and one point of contact for the trees, the lawns, the beds and everything in between.

If a tree comes down across a driveway or a limb splits out in a southerly, our emergency tree service is available 24/7. Where we can, we get to Ryde, Roseville, Willoughby and Killarney Heights the same day, make the site safe and clear what has fallen so you are not stepping around it for a week. Storm damage, hanging limbs and trees leaning onto a fence or a neighbour's roof are all work we will come out for after hours.

From our Roseville base we cover the Northern Beaches, Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby, Ryde, Lane Cove, North Sydney, Mosman, Willoughby, the Sydney CBD and the suburbs around them. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm, with emergency cover around the clock on top of that.
