Tipper trucks, Hiab trucks, chippers, stump grinders, chainsaws and rigging gear are what we run out of Forrestfield, and all of it is serviced and maintained on a regular schedule. Tony Head and Michael Dawson started Perth Arbor Services in 2011 because they thought the industry had room for improvement, and both of them studied Arboriculture at Murdoch University before they did it. We are members of ArbWest and we work to OH and S industry standards on every site.

Tree lopping and tree removal are the jobs that need the trucks, whether that is a dead gum leaning over a carport or a block that has to come clear before a build. Once a tree is down the stump grinding follows, and land and lot clearance runs the same way, with the tipper and the chipper on site so you are not left with a pile to deal with. Palm trimming and hedging are on the list as well.

How a tree is cut decides how it grows back, so our tree pruning is done by qualified tree surgeons who know what a given species will do next. Where a tree's condition is in question, a tree risk assessment gives you something written down to act on before you make a decision about it. Power line clearance is its own discipline and we are set up for it, and we take on insurance and emergency work when the response has to be quick.

We are east of the city at Forrestfield and work right across the metro area. That takes in Perth CBD, West Perth, North Perth, Highgate, Mount Lawley, Menora, Maylands, Inglewood, Bayswater, Dianella, Yokine and Nollamara through the inner north, Subiaco, Leederville, Jolimont, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Floreat, City Beach, Claremont, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park out west, Applecross, Booragoon, Melville, Kardinya, Fremantle, Como, Salter Point and South Perth south of the river, and Belmont, Burswood, East Victoria Park, Warwick and Kalamunda closer in to us.
