Licensed arborists since 2007, fully insured, locally owned and operated: that is the short version of Playford Tree Service. We work out of Munno Para for private, commercial and government customers across the local community, we follow clearly defined service guidelines, and the work is carried out in strict compliance with the regulatory requirements. There is a wealth of experience on this crew and it goes into every job, whether that is one tree in a courtyard or a whole property.

One line on our service list catches people by surprise: trapped animal and drone recovery. A cat that has gone up and will not come back down, or a drone stuck high in a canopy, needs exactly the same climbing gear and rope work as a dead limb hanging over a driveway. So we go up and get it, and you do not have to talk anybody into it.

There is more to tree management than most people realise. A tree removal close to a building or over drainage can cause serious problems when it is handled badly, which is why the assessment comes before the saw, and tree pruning and shaping needs branches taken off in the right order to keep the risk down and avoid damage to the house. Some trees only want strategic pruning or regular pollarding. Our stump removal gets the stump out so the ground is usable again, hedging and general garden maintenance keeps the rest of the block in order, and we prepare written tree reports when a council or an insurer wants something on paper before anything moves.

Nothing gets left in a heap on the lawn. Our chipper shreds unwanted green waste on the spot, trees, branches and foliage alike, and green waste removal carts off whatever you do not want kept, with a thorough clean up before we drive out. What comes out the other end is mulch, and we sell it in any quantity you need, for gardening, for soil improvement and for managing tough soils.

The phone is answered Monday to Sunday, around the clock, and our 24 hour emergency service means what it says: a limb through a carport at two in the morning gets a real person on the line.
