The object of the exercise is simple enough: maximum safety for your home and your yard from anything a tree might decide to do to them.

Just like everything else, trees get sick and trees die, and part of our job is telling you honestly where yours stands. Our qualified arborist can advise you on the life expectancy of your trees and how much longer you are likely to keep them. When one is dead, diseased, damaged, or simply in a dangerous condition or position, full tree removal is the answer, and taking down a big one is not a job to have a go at yourself. It wants the right machinery and somebody who has done it many times before.

Pruning and shaping keep a tree healthy and strong and hold it to a shape that suits the yard it is standing in. Pruned correctly, a tree needs less maintenance later and is far less likely to turn into a safety hazard down the track, and we will tell you how to look after your trees between visits and what to expect from them as they grow. We shape hedges with precision too, holding the boundary immaculate and your privacy where you want it, so hedge trimming leaves a line that sits properly against the rest of the garden.

Stumps do not stay quiet once the tree above them is gone. One can look unattractive, it can start re-growing, or it can begin rotting, and a rotting stump becomes a home for fungus and decaying matter that spreads disease into the plants around it. Rotting or not, it is still something to catch a foot on. Stump grinding takes them below ground level and leaves the rest of your yard as it was.

We service Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Churchill, Tyers, Yallourn North, Newborough, Hazelwood North, Rosedale, Glengarry, Toongabbie, Erica, Rawson and Thorpdale, along with the rest of the Latrobe Valley. Our hours run Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, with a 24 hour emergency service outside them.
