About This Business
Not every tree we look at has to come out. At Sunshine Coast Tree Loppers we take out the ones that have to go, and we save the growing ones and the ones you want to keep. We are locals, born and bred on this coast, with certified and fully qualified arborists on the crew, better than fifteen years in the industry here, and twenty million dollars of public liability cover behind every job. We put our own money into training each member of the team properly.
The hazardous, the storm damaged and the plainly overgrown all come under tree removal, along with the routine clearing work, and it is done with the structures and gardens around the tree kept in one piece. Where the block is tight, that means bringing the tree down in sections and rigging every piece out over the fence or the roof it was hanging above. Storm damaged trees get the same treatment, because a tree that has already half failed is the one least likely to fall the way you expect.
Keeping a good tree good is what our tree pruning and maintenance is for: shaping the canopy, taking out the deadwood, and lifting both the health and the look of it in the one visit. A tree that gets attention on a regular basis gives you far fewer problems when the weather turns, and it keeps the light and the airflow moving through a yard that would otherwise close over.
Palms belong on this coast and they come with their own upkeep, so our palm tree removal and cleaning covers tidying the fronds and seed pods or taking the palm out altogether. Stump grinding then takes the remainder down below ground level, so the space goes back to lawn, garden bed or paving without anything shooting up through it.
On larger properties and development sites, land clearing takes out the trees and vegetation and gets the block ready for whatever comes next. Our storm and emergency response handles the fallen limbs, the unstable trees and the urgent hazards that arrive with bad weather, and we get to them as fast as we can put a crew on the road.
The crews work Little Mountain, Caloundra, Wurtulla, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Maroochydore, Coolum, Nambour, Landsborough and Noosa, and we head north as far as Gympie. We are on Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Quotes are free once we have inspected the tree, and we will have ours back to you inside 48 hours, so ring the office and we will get the inspection booked in.
