Our arborists are fully trained and certified, we are fully insured for liability and accident cover, and we will hand over copies of the policies if you want to see them.

Before we price a tree removal we walk the tree properly: where it is standing, what condition it is in, what hazards it presents, whether it is a noxious weed or a protected native, how it is likely to grow on, and what sits around it. That walk decides the order the tree comes down in, and on a tight block it decides whether it comes down at all or gets reduced instead.

Our speciality trimming covers crown lifting to get a canopy up off a roof or a driveway, winter pruning while a tree is dormant, and storm season preparation booked in the quiet months before the weather turns. Our climbers work palms as well, so palm cleaning and palm removal get the dead fronds and the seed pods down without a lift ever having to reach them.

Once a tree is on the ground we bring the grinder in for the stump grinding, far enough down that nothing reshoots and the ground will take turf, a garden or a slab. All the green waste goes through our chipper on site, and the mulch that comes out the other end is free to you if you want it spread on the beds.

On the bigger jobs we put heavy machinery, labour and proper site management into block clearing and land clearing, and we price that work to stay competitive on acreage. Our emergency and storm damage response runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and after hours you get straight through on the office landline by dialling one. We are fully licensed for insurance work too, and we send our quotes directly to the insurer so a claim is not left sitting on your desk.
