A report that a council sends back is worse than no report at all, because you have lost the weeks as well as the fee.

What a tree is realistically likely to do, and to what, is the job of our tree risk assessments. Our tree impact assessments cover what a proposed development will do to the trees on and around a site, and our tree protection plans and tree management plans set out how those trees are to be looked after through the build and once it is finished. On a site where a mature tree is staying, those two documents are usually what keeps it standing.

The consultation process is laid out step by step, and our fees and pricing are published alongside it. Quotes are fixed price, so what a report costs is settled before we start rather than discovered afterwards.
