The phone stays on after we knock off, because a gum leaning on a roof does not wait for Monday morning. The Kindest Cut Arborists run out of Tuart Hill, a couple of minutes up the road from Osborne Park, and our arborists are fully insured and extensively trained. We work the full width of the metropolitan area, north of the river and south of the river and up into the Perth Hills. Ordinary jobs run Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, weekends are by appointment, and we are available outside those hours for emergencies.

Where a tree has grown out over a roofline, a driveway or a service line, crown lifting and crown reduction take the weight out of it and ongoing pruning keeps it there. When one has to come out, we dismantle it in sections, which is how a big tree leaves a tight suburban block without the fence or the pergola going with it, and the tree removal is followed by stump removal so you are left with ground you can plant, pave or turf. Branches that have worked their way into the power lines get cleared while we are up there.

We work at ground level as well. Hedge trimming and ongoing hedge maintenance keep a screen dense and even down its whole height, and our gardeners take on mulching, weeding and the removal of soil, sand and green waste when a job has left a mess behind it. Out on the lawn we install and repair reticulation, patch out the dead sections of grass, or lay new turf from the soil preparation up with the edges and borders finished properly, and we can keep the turf maintenance going after that.

Whatever the job, we stay in constant communication the whole way through it, from the first look at the tree to the last load of green waste going onto the truck. Perth weather is hard on trees, so if a damaged or fallen one is sitting where it could hurt a house, a car or somebody on the footpath, say so when you ring and we will come out for it.
