A crane is how a 30 metre gum comes out of a suburban backyard with the fences and the lawn still intact, and crane removals are what we specialise in. When a tree has to come out, whether it is dead, dangerous or simply in the wrong place, we take it down, grind the stump out below ground level and take the timber away with us. Wood chipping, mulching and tree recycling mean the green waste comes back as something useful instead of going to landfill, and we will leave the mulch with you if you have a garden that wants it.

Tree pruning, tree surgery and dead wooding take the failing limbs out and bring a canopy back into shape, while cable bracing holds a valuable tree together where a union has started to split. Established oaks get particular attention from us, because an old oak wants a different hand to a gum and the two are not pruned the same way.

On bigger sites we take on land clearing, block clearing, scrub clearing and weed clearing, and we consult on land development where the trees sit across what you are trying to build. Where you need something in writing, we prepare arborist reports, tree hazard and risk assessments and tree inspections, identify the hazardous trees on a property and help with the tree removal permits your council will want to see. Schools are on that list as well, with inspections done over the grounds the kids actually use.

When a storm puts a tree through a roof or across a driveway, speed is the whole point, and we take those calls for emergency tree removals and storm damage. You will find us working across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Dungog and the Hunter Valley.
