That is the record we would rather be judged on than any adjective we could put in front of our name.

Dean Meyer, our director and head arborist, has been working in arboriculture for over 20 years, including time with companies in Australia and Europe alongside some of the world's best arborists and tree climbers. He holds a Diploma in Arboriculture from Melbourne Polytechnic and a Certificate IV in Horticulture (Arboriculture) from Melbourne University, and he built this business on the view that a happy team is the surest way to a happy customer. We are OH&S certified and fully insured, and a member and sponsor of the VTIO, the Victorian Tree Industry Organisation.

Safe tree removal and stump removal deal with the trees that have to come out. The rest we keep where they are with tree pruning, and where a limb or a union needs support rather than a cut, we install cabling and bracing. Arboricultural consultancy takes in tree hazard assessments and risk management strategies, tree selection and planting for people starting again, and tree preservation and habitat creation where a tree is worth keeping for what lives in it. We carry out school assessments as well. All of it is done in accordance with the Australian Standards and local authority bylaws.

Our gear does a lot of the heavy lifting. We run three woodchippers, a 15-inch Bandit 1590XP, a 12-inch Bandit 990XP and an 8-inch Forst ST8D, along with a 16 cubic metre Fuso Fighter mulch truck, a 10 cubic metre Hino Dutro tipper, a Fuso city tipper, a Holden Colorado four-wheel drive, a Vermeer S800TX tracked loader, a Timber Wolf hydraulic wood splitter and a GRCS rigging system, plus the climbing and rigging kit that goes up the tree with us. Everything is serviced regularly and complies with WHS standards.
