Where somebody else needs convincing, we arrange formal consulting arborist reports, whether that is a planning application the City of Ballarat wants tree advice on, an insurance file that needs a qualified opinion on whether a storm actually caused the failure being claimed, or two neighbours at odds over whether a shared tree is a hazard. Those run one to two weeks from site inspection to finished document, faster when a deadline is pressing, and the report is paid for as advice, with findings that stand apart from whoever ends up doing the work.
