Ninety per cent of our work at TreeFix comes from referrals and loyal customers. That is the number we put in front of you before anything else, because happy customers keep us working, and we have been trading on that basis across the Sunshine Coast since 1993. The business is family owned and led by a second generation arborist with more than twenty five years in arboriculture, project development, tree consulting, and risk and hazard assessment.

That experience is not all on the tools. Our lead arborist has sat on the Queensland Arboriculture Association board since 2010, was QAA President from 2006 to 2008 and on its executive committee before that, and has taught arboriculture at the local TAFE institute. Our work follows AS4373 for pruning amenity trees and AS4970 for tree protection, we are fully insured on every job, and our staff are trained and skilled for the tasks we put them on.

We plan a tree removal around whatever is standing near the tree: the house, the fences, the garden beds and however much access we have to get gear in. We take it down in the order that leaves everything else intact, and we clean up behind ourselves. Where the whole tree does not need to go, tree lopping cuts, trims and reduces its overall size so you get the height and the spread back under control.

Our qualified arborists handle the tree pruning and tree management using correct pruning cuts, with an eye on both the safety of the tree and how it and the garden beneath it will look afterwards. Once the heavy work is finished, stump grinding clears the remainder out so the ground can be replanted, turfed or paved over.

Our emergency tree service deals with dangerous and fallen trees of every kind, which is the sort of job we have been called out to here since 1993. We also do mulching, and the mulch is free if you want it, so the timber that comes off your own trees can go straight back onto your garden beds.
