The timber that comes off your tree does not have to leave as waste. We sell firewood and mulch and woodchip out of the yard at Dural, and we run green waste removal for the jobs where you want the lot gone. Trees Down Under started in 2005 and has better than twenty years of Sydney tree work behind it now, working out of the Hills District for residential and commercial clients alike.

Our arborists are AQF Level 3 to 5 certified and we hold CM3 certification for contractor safety. We are members of Arboriculture Australia, the International Society of Arboriculture, the Society of Municipal Arborists and the Utility Arborist Association. We are fully licensed and insured, carrying public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation, along with cover on the equipment and the vehicles.

The straightforward jobs and the awkward ones both come under tree removal, and the cranes are ours, so crane assisted tree removal is there for the large or hard to reach trees that climbing and rigging alone will not handle, or where dropping sections into a garden is not an option at all. We also do crane hire for tree removal, for the operators who have the crew but need the lift.

Our tree pruning and shaping keeps a tree healthy and in proportion to the space it has actually been given. Our stump grinding and stump removal then clears what is left in the ground once the tree is down, so you get the footprint back for lawn, garden or paving.

For anything that involves council, we prepare arborist reports and inspections and help with the permit applications. In Sydney that paperwork is often the slowest part of the whole job, and knowing which council wants what, and in what form, saves weeks of back and forth. We handle the inspection, the report and the application together.

Our 24/7 emergency tree service runs right across Sydney, after business hours included, for the fallen trees and hanging limbs that have to be cleared before anyone can use the property again. From Dural we cover the Hills District, the North Shore, the Inner West, the Northern Beaches, the Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney and South West Sydney, and out to the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.
