Every job we take on is completed by AQF Level 5 qualified arborists and landscapers, which is the top of the arboriculture qualification ladder. It means the person deciding how your tree gets pruned, or whether it can be saved at all, has trained to the highest level the industry offers. We have been at it for more than 15 years, fully licensed and carrying $20 million in public liability insurance, working out of North Melbourne.

A tree comes out and something then has to happen to the space it leaves, so the same crew handles the landscaping and garden design, the hedging and garden maintenance, a general garden clean up and even the driveway and surface cleaning at the end of it. Nobody is left waiting on the next trade to have a free week, and the person who took the tree down is the person planning what goes back in its place.

On the trees themselves, tree pruning and trimming runs through crown lifting, crown reduction, dead wooding, formative pruning and fruit tree pruning, all of it aimed at keeping a tree healthy and structurally sound. Tree removal goes from a small tree in a courtyard through to extra large removals on difficult sites, and stump grinding gets what is left out of the ground afterwards. We take that anywhere across more than 40 Melbourne metro suburbs, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Ringwood, Vermont, Rowville and Knoxfield among them.

We also write arborist reports and handle council compliance, which takes in tree risk assessments, council permit support, pre purchase inspections and reports for neighbour or legal tree disputes. A pre purchase inspection tells you what the trees on a property will cost you before you sign anything, and a dispute report puts a qualified opinion in front of a neighbour, an insurer or a court. Where a council is the audience, that is exactly who the report gets written for.
