For a house block, most of it comes down to whether a tree stays or goes. Tree removal takes out what has died, been undermined or simply grown into the wrong place, and where a tree can be kept, tree pruning, tree trimming and tree cutting bring the canopy back to a sensible shape and clear it off the roof and the wires.
