Dave, our senior arborist, has spent around 40 years in horticulture and arboriculture and is qualified to diploma level in both. He ran his own tree care business before joining us, sat on the committee of the Tree Guild of WA and went on to be its vice president, and that body is now the Arboricultural Association of Western Australia. He writes our reports, identifies pests and diseases and recommends the treatment, and acts as project arborist for civil companies on state and federally funded projects from inception to completion. Dean, our General Manager, brings over 20 years in management along with a Certificate III in Arboriculture; Richard, our Operations Manager, has 12 years in the industry and the same qualification, and organises the crews; Neilson has been climbing since 2015 and takes the difficult removals; Jamie studied and worked in arboriculture around the world before he got here.

We assess the tree's condition, set out the management and treatment options against current arboricultural practice, and tell you plainly when removal is the only option left.
