From Bordertown down through Naracoorte and Penola to Mount Gambier, out west to Robe and Kingston SE and over the border to Edenhope, that is the country Treeworx South East covers. Andrew Rye started the business in 2016 on the back of more than twenty years in the trade and a Diploma in Arboriculture. We work across the South East of South Australia and south west Victoria for councils, government, commercial operators and private clients, and it is the same crew that turns up for all of them.

Nothing is too big or too small for us to come and look at. If you have a problem with a tree, we can help find a solution for it, and that starts with a qualified arborist standing under the tree rather than working off a photo somebody sent through. Sometimes the answer is a straightforward piece of tree work. Sometimes it is a change in how the tree is managed, or the news that it is fine and needs nothing done to it this year. Whichever it turns out to be, you get the best advice we can give you for the problem actually in front of us.

How the job runs on your property matters as much as what we do to the tree. Our work teams are courteous, well presented, trained, qualified and experienced. We arrive when we said we would, we work safely and carefully around the buildings, fences and gardens that are already there, and we clean up on completion so you are not left with the tail end of the job to sort out yourself. Those four things were written into how the business runs from the day it started.

Council and government work brings its own requirements: sites that stay open to the public while we are in them, traffic and access to think through, and paperwork that has to line up. Commercial clients get the same approach on a smaller footprint. For a private client with one difficult tree in a back yard, none of that changes the standard of the work, only the scale of it.

We are based at Naracoorte and travel out from there across the region, so distance is not usually what decides whether we can take a job on.
