On a commercial development at Minto we were the consulting arborist for Texco from beginning to end: the initial Arboricultural Impact Assessment, the consulting work right through construction, and the final certification on completion, with the Tree Protection Zone established, monitored and finally removed across a two year period. That is what our arborist reports are built for. They are written by AQF Level 5 arborists for councils, strata managers, builders and development applications, and they cover tree protection plans and construction monitoring. Because we carry out the works as well as the paperwork, the advice and the job come from one accountable team.

Tree roots are the number one cause of lifted paving, cracked slabs, blocked drains and damaged pool shells in Sydney, so root barrier installation and correct root pruning protect the structure and, in most cases, leave the tree healthy and standing. Around that sits stump grinding so the ground is usable again, palm tree removal and palm pruning, hedge trimming, land clearing and vegetation management for commercial, strata and council sensitive sites, with landscaping and gardening closing the loop through site repair, planting and clean ups. Emergency tree work runs day and night, triaged on the phone, with a crew moving in to make the site safe before anything else gets decided, and we document storm damage for insurers.
