Daryl's name was on this business before it was Victory Tree Care. We traded as Daryl's Tree Care & Surgery, Daryl is still the fully qualified arborist here, and he manages a team of experienced and qualified staff. We are insured for $20 million public liability and $2 million indemnity, with plant and equipment and work cover on top of that, and we will send you the certificates of currency if you ask.

No tree can be called completely safe, which is why a tree you are worried about should be looked at by someone qualified before anybody puts a rope in it. Tree hazard inspections are the start of that, and arborist reports and surveys put the findings in writing when a council, a buyer or an insurer wants them.

Tree removal and tree climbing take care of the ones that have to come out, and we are particular about what gets left behind. Wood is cut into 300 to 400mm lengths, not split, and stacked neatly at the base of the tree or on the nature strip. Branches are chipped and the mulch taken away unless you want to keep it. Stump removal grinds the visible stump below ground level, backfills the hole with the chips and leaves the excess on site unless you tell us otherwise.

Tree pruning and trimming and hedge trimming cover the ongoing maintenance, and mulching turns the green waste into something you can use. Where a tree has a structural weakness but is worth keeping, cable bracing will hold it together. Elm leaf beetle control and possum control handle the things that damage a tree from the outside.

Quotes are free, and we do need to come and look at the site to price the job properly. If council permission is required we can prepare the application and supporting documentation for an additional fee, though responsibility for having the permits in place stays with you unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payment falls due within 7 days of the work being finished.
