Jason has been working with trees for more than 16 years, and he is still the qualified arborist who turns up to look at yours. Wide Bay Tree Service is the small crew built around that experience, with Karly, Josh and Robin working alongside him, and the reason our customers keep calling us back is that they get straight advice and a job finished the way it was quoted. We carry public liability insurance and run highly maintained equipment, because close work beside a house is only safe when both of those are in order.

We take on tree trimming and removal from a single limb hanging over a shed through to a whole tree that has to come out of a fenced backyard with no room to drop it. Every one is planned before a saw starts, and we work to industry standard safety protocols with a team trained on the gear they are using. Where a tree is worth keeping but the lower canopy is in the way, crown lifting raises the branches back off the driveway, the paths and the lawn, letting light onto the garden and keeping the tree balanced on its frame.

The rest of what we do is about a property that looks and feels finished. We clean up and take out palms, strip out dead and hazardous limbs through deadwood removal so nothing is left waiting to drop, and grind stumps back below ground level so the ground goes straight back to lawn or garden. We take the hedge trimming on as well, cutting boundary hedges and privacy screens back square and sharp, which makes more difference to how a yard reads than most people expect.

Ahead of storm season we will walk your property and pick out the limbs and trees most likely to give way, then take the weight out of them before the wind does. That is the point of our storm damage prevention work, and it is the part of the job we would rather be doing than the clean up afterwards. Healthy trees that last is the aim in all of it, so we prune for the long term rather than for a quick tidy up.

Our patch runs across Bundaberg, Bargara, Moore Park, Childers and the surrounding district, taking in residential and commercial work alike, and we are on the tools from six in the morning Monday to Friday.
